We recently delivered a complete screening and packaging solution to a customer in Ecuador for processing humus, a valuable organic material widely used in agriculture and gardening.

The system includes a trommel screen, a belt conveyor, and a packing machine—carefully designed to meet the customer’s requirements for efficient production and continuous handling.

Trommel Screen: The screening process begins with our drum-type trommel screen, which separates humus based on particle size. Its rotating cylinder design prevents clogging and handles moist organic material effectively, ensuring stable screening performance.

Belt Conveyor: After screening, the qualified humus particles are transferred by a belt conveyor directly to the packing machine. This smooth transfer minimizes material loss and reduces manual handling, making the process more efficient and clean.

Packing Machine: The final step involves precise weighing and bagging using an automatic packing machine. This equipment ensures consistent packaging and supports high-volume output, helping the customer save time and labor costs.
