We’re excited to share that our screening and conveying production line is now officially in operation at our customer’s site. The system features our vacuum feeder and ultrasonic vibrating screen, and it's being used to process malt crystal powder for food additive applications.

The production process starts with raw materials being crushed into fine powder by a pulverizer. The powder is discharged into our buffer hopper. From there, the vacuum conveyor efficiently and dust-free conveys the material to the ultrasonic vibrating screen. This high-precision equipment screens out the unqualified particles that have not been successfully crushed, ensuring that only the finished product moves on to the next stage of production.

Designed to meet food-grade hygiene standards, the entire system offers a cleaner, safer, and more efficient solution for powder handling. It significantly reduces manual labor, saves time, and boosts productivity.
