The system includes a dust-free bag dumping station integrated with a vibrating screen, as well as vacuum conveyors—designed specifically for handling flour in the food processing industry.

In this setup, operators manually pour flour bags onto the bag dumping station. The enclosed design ensures a clean and safe working environment by effectively preventing dust from escaping during the unloading process. At the base of the station, a vibrating screen efficiently removes any oversized particles or contaminants from the flour. The screened, high-purity flour is then transported by the vacuum conveyors directly to ribbon mixers for further processing.
