
A recent customer project features 8 four-layer square gyratory sifters installed on site for precise sand screening and grading. The equipment processes acid-washed and dried board sand, which has a very low moisture content and requires efficient separation and stable screening performance.

Each square gyratory sifter comes with two channels of four screening layers. They have mesh sizes of 26 mesh, 35 mesh, 60 mesh, and 120 mesh. This configuration allows the material to be separated into 5 different particle sizes in one screening process. The dry and fine nature of the sand requires high screening efficiency and reliable equipment performance. The square gyratory sifters provide a large screening area and multi-layer classification, making it suitable for high-capacity applications.

Each machine can achieve a capacity of more than 10 tons per hour, while screening accuracy can reach over 90% under suitable operating conditions. The four-layer design also helps customers reduce equipment footprint while achieving multiple size classifications.
