We are pleased to announce that two newly manufactured square gyratory screen have now been successfully commissioned and put into full production. These high-performance screening machines are specifically designed for engineered quartz slab sand. The raw sand achieves a whiteness level above 84 and has a particle size of 70-140 mesh.

Each machine features a five-deck screening structure. It allows the raw sand to be precisely separated into six different particle size fractions in a single operation. The two general model gyratory screens have a combined processing capacity of up to 14 tons per hour. If duplex model, the capacity can be up to 25 tph. They also deliver a high precision of up to 95%. Because the material moves in an elliptical motion on the screen surface. It allows the material to be evenly distributed across the entire screen surface, thereby improving the screening accuracy.
