To meet the client’s production needs, KARP Machinery supplied a food-grade linear vibrating screen designed specifically for round granules like longan. The inner surfaces of the machine are polished to food-grade standards, ensuring no material contamination during screening. The screening deck uses a perforated plate with round holes, offering better flow and separation accuracy for spherical materials.

A major challenge in longan processing is controlling the dust generated during vibration. To solve this, the machine is equipped with a dedicated dust removal fan, which actively extracts dust while the machine operates, keeping the working environment clean and reducing airborne particles that can affect product quality.

The linear vibrating screen is highly customizable. In this case, we adapted the feeding and outlet heights to match the customer’s existing production line. With strong vibration force and optimized screen design, the machine delivers high throughput and precise classification, increasing productivity while minimizing labor.
