We are excited to share several on-site photos from our customer. They show a compact and highly efficient dumping and feeding production line designed for clean and precise material handling.

The system features two dust-free bag dumping stations, each equipped with a vibrating screen. These stations help ensure smooth feeding while removing impurities and preventing dust leakage. The design creates a cleaner working environment and improves overall process stability.

At the bottom of the system, vacuum conveyors connect to the dumping stations through suction hoses. This setup transfers materials directly into four separate batching silos. The vacuum conveying process reduces manual handling and keeps the material fully enclosed. It is ideal for industries with strict hygiene or dust control requirements.

Below the silos, screw conveyors play a key role. They discharge materials from each silo and transport them into a single weighing hopper. This step allows accurate batching and centralized control of the material flow. After weighing, the materials move forward to the next stage of production, ensuring a continuous and streamlined process.
