

Recently, 10 units of our two-layer vibrating screens were successfully put into use at a customer’s production site for lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) sieving.
Lithium iron phosphate is one of the key materials used in lithium battery production, requiring high screening precision and stable performance to ensure product consistency. Our circular vibrating sieves provide efficient separation and uniform particle size control, ensuring high-quality output and continuous operation.

To meet the strict requirements of this application, all contact parts of the equipment are coated with PTFE (Teflon). It avoids contact between materials and metals, provides excellent wear resistance, corrosion protection, and anti-sticking properties. This design effectively prevents material adhesion, improves screening efficiency, and extends the service life of the equipment.
Each screen adopts a two-layer structure, enabling multi-grade separation in a single process. The stainless-steel body combined with a dust-proof design ensures clean, safe, and environmentally friendly operation.
