We recently welcomed a large plastic factory client to our plant. The customer is looking for a cost-effective solution for both big bag and small bag unloading.

To meet this need, we introduced an integrated system. Big bag and small bag unloading are combined into one unit. This design reduces floor space and lowers equipment cost. It also simplifies daily operation.

During the visit, the client showed interest in our linear vibrating screen. Their plastic material creates a lot of dust. Fine powder can affect the finished product rate. The linear vibrating screen helps remove fine particles before the next process.

At the same time, we had a similar system in production at our factory. The layout and function matched the client’s requirements well. We also designed a dust cover with a dust outlet. This outlet connects to an external dust collector. As a result, dust stays under control and the working area remains clean.

After reviewing the solution, the customer expressed strong confidence in our equipment.
