We are excited to announce the completion of a new linear vibrating screen customized for a client in Costa Rica. This machine will be used for screening and cleaning LLDPE resin pellets, ensuring stable product quality for their production line. Since the required capacity is relatively small—only 150–200 kg/h—we selected our most compact model, the KPZS520, which offers both efficiency and a small footprint.
The unit is designed with two screening layers to remove oversized particles and fine dust, allowing only clean, uniform resin pellets to pass through as the final product. Besides, to meet the customer’s on-site requirements, we customized the inlet size and equipped it with a manual slide gate for flexible feeding control.
Furthermore, another key feature of this linear vibration sieve is the integrated control box tailored for their single-phase power supply, ensuring smooth and safe operation. In addition, the quick-release clamp design allows the operator to easily open the cover for routine maintenance or cleaning, significantly reducing downtime.
