2. Extended Screen Length for Screening and Conveying

The customization of this vibration screen lies in the screen dimensions. This linear vibrating screen features a 5-meter-long screening surface with a width of 800 mm. Thanks to its extended length, the machine can achieve simultaneous screening and conveying. 3. Customized Height and Outlets of Vibrating Screen for Process Integration

This model of linear vibrating screens includes several customized details. The customized overall height perfectly matches the customer’s upstream and downstream equipment. The screen is one layer and two discharge outlets. The oversize outlet is fitted with an inspection window for discharge monitoring. While the undersize outlet is equipped with an openable cover and a discharge valve, allowing manual control of material flow.
