Four customized linear vibrating screens are now in delivery for a customer in the United States. The equipment is designed for electronic waste screening, where stable performance and safety standards are very important.

A linear vibrating screen is widely used in recycling, mining, chemical, food, and plastic industries. It works by using vibration motors on both sides to move material forward in a straight line. This structure allows high throughput and consistent screening results. It is especially suitable for continuous production lines.
In this project, the customer uses the machines to screen electronic waste materials. These materials often contain fine particles, mixed sizes, and dust. To meet this challenge, the screens are fully customized. Each unit is equipped with a spraying system to help control dust and improve material flow during screening.

The screening surface uses a customized perforated plate with selected hole sizes. This design helps separate unwanted particles more accurately and improves product consistency. For safety and compliance, the machines are fitted with UL-certified explosion-proof motors. This ensures reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

The height, inlet, and outlet positions are also customized to match the customer’s existing recycling line. This makes installation easier and reduces modification work on site.

This delivery shows how linear vibrating screens can be adapted for special applications such as e-waste screening. With flexible design and stable performance, they help customers improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
