Today, we completed the assembly of a new linear vibrating screen. This machine features a four-layer screening design and five discharge outlets. It is specially designed for corn grits screening and will soon be exported to Honduras.

The linear vibrating screen uses four screen layers to separate corn grits into different particle sizes. The mesh sizes range from 14 mesh to 40 mesh, allowing the machine to classify materials according to the customer’s requirements. With five discharge outlets, operators can collect different grades of corn grits separately, making the screening process more efficient.

To improve screening performance, we equipped each screen layer with bouncing balls. During operation, the balls continuously bounce against the screen mesh to help remove particles that may block the openings. This cleaning system helps maintain stable screening efficiency and reduces the need for frequent manual cleaning.

Corn grits are widely used in food processing, including the production of cornmeal, snacks, and other corn-based products. Accurate size classification helps food manufacturers maintain consistent product quality.
