We are pleased to introduce a newly custom linear vibrating screen. It’s designed by our engineer to meet the challenges of limited on-site installation space. In this project, the customer’s production area had strict length restrictions. So it’s impossible to install a conventional long linear vibrating screen.

To solve this issue, our engineer proposed an innovative solution. That is dividing one traditional linear vibrating screen into two independent units and installing them in a stacked configuration. This compact, vertical arrangement significantly reduces the required floor length while maintaining excellent screening efficiency.

Material first passes through the upper vibrating screen for primary separation and then continues to lower screen for secondary screening. During this process, the increased contact time with ambient air, combined with the vibrating motion, also helps to effectively reduce the material temperature. As a result, the system achieves both precise particle size classification and efficient material cooling within a limited footprint.

This stacked linear vibrating sieve design not only optimizes space utilization but also improves overall system performance.
