Recently, one of our Argentine customers successfully put into operation several pieces of equipment supplied by Karp Machinery, including a big bag unloader, a dust-free bag dumping station, and two vacuum conveyors.

The big bag unloading station is a dual-purpose model, designed for both bulk bag unloading and small bag dumping. It is used for handling urea granules. The materials will be transferred by the vacuum conveyor into a storage tank located 9 meters high after discharging.

The dust-free small bag tipping station is for 25kg bags dumping, used to feed a mixture of dolomite powder and carbon powder. Similarly, after dumping, the material is pneumatically conveyed through the vacuum feeder into a 9 m-high tank.

Both production lines are designed for a capacity of 1000 kg/h, ensuring efficient, continuous, and dust-free material handling.

Our customer expressed high satisfaction with the big bag unloader and other machines’ performance and overall design, saying they were “100% satisfied” with the solution provided. This project once again demonstrates our company’s capability to deliver reliable and customized unloading and conveying systems for clients around the world.
